George Mason faculty use Zoom and Canvas Collaborate for online classes.
Zoom Frequently Asked Questions
George Mason will provide you with a free email account that you will be able to activate once you are registered. Your account is hosted by Microsoft on its Office 365 platform.
Exams
Your instructor will choose and share how they will administer exams. Most exams for online Courses will be administered through Canvas or Honorlock, for proctored exams.
Computer and Operating System Requirements
Check your current technology resources to ensure you have the minimum and recommended laptop specifications needed to use software and online meeting platforms. Mason Online fully supports both Windows and Apple laptops.
